The prefab house, located in the Strawberry Hill neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas, is the third of its type by the University of Kansas studio headed by Dan Rockhill.
Modular 3 most closely resembles Modular 1, but where the first used Brazilian hardwood for its exterior, the third gains its character by using Douglas Fir.
