Ten Years Later

As just about everybody knows, Sunday is the 10th anniversary of the attacks of September 11, 2001. Most of the attention is focused on New York City, specifically on the opening of the National September 11 Memorial and the ongoing redevelopment of the World Trade Center site. Below is just a smattering of some coverage on the memorial and the redevelopment. I'll add items as they become available over the weekend.

» Architectural Record's September 2011 issue is devoted to what's transpired in New York City in the last ten years, at Ground Zero and elsewhere.

» ArchNewsNow's Friday newsletter is devoted to the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

» Engineering Ground Zero, a Nova special that aired Wednesday on PBS is available to watch online.

» Ground Zero Now, an interactive graphic that is part of The New York Times' special online coverage of 9/11 ten years later, which also includes The World Trade Center Towers As They Were.

» Rising: Rebuilding Ground Zero by Discover Science will air on Sunday. Clips are available online. A sample:
